Why we exist
The honest answer is rarer than it should be.
In this market, the firm advising you is almost always paid by the program, the developer or the fund it points you toward. The advice and the sale are the same transaction, so the recommendation is never fully yours to trust.
CIVITAS is built the other way around. You pay us for judgement, and that is the only money we take, so the answer you get is the real one, even when the real one is "not this, not now."
